When should I order? 

Generally speaking, the earlier the better. If it is less than 4 weeks, I will fit the order in if I have an opening, but cannot guarantee availability.

Can you deliver or ship? 

No, I cannot deliver or ship. I am a home-based bakery in Cambridge City, IN and per IN State Cottage Law, all orders are to be picked up at the address provided on your invoice.

Are your products allergy friendly? 

My home is not nut free or allergy friendly.

How do I order?

Please fill out the order request form with as much detail as possible, then I will be able to provide you with an accurate estimate. Your order is not booked on my calendar until you have accepted this estimate and put down a 50% non-refundable deposit (details will be provided on the estimate).

What if I need to cancel my order?

If you decide to cancel before the 2 week mark, a cancellation fee up to 50% of your total may apply. Most orders require time spent planning and sketching, and many orders require custom pieces or special ordering and those costs will need to be covered if you decide to cancel. No refunds will be issued if you cancel with less than a 2 week notice.

How long do cookies stay fresh? 

Decorated cookies should be eaten within 2 weeks for best flavor, but once the cookies are individually heat-sealed, they can last up to 3-4 weeks. If you need to store decorated cookies for longer than the recommended 2 weeks, please see the information on freezing below.

Can I freeze your cookies?

Yes! Place cookies in an airtight container (while still in their individual bags) and try to stack them on their sides rather than on top of each other. Place that container in the freezer. Take the container out of the freezer the night before you need the cookies. Do NOT open the container until the cookies are completely thawed. Opening may cause condensation and ruin the cookies.

Do you do character/logo cookies?

If you are looking for character faces or specific character logos, unfortunately I cannot provide these designs. I have chosen to not do these due to the delicate nature of copyright laws. I will match your general theme request with colors and other shapes that identify closely with your theme.

I also will not directly copy other designs that you may have found online. I would love to see any photos you have for inspiration - party decor and invitations are also great sources of inspiration. I do my best work when I'm allowed to creatively pursue your theme request and develop ideas of my own to meet the theme you've chosen.

How will my order be packaged?

All orders will be in a box. 

Cakes will be on a cardboard cake round inside of a box for transport. 

Cupcakes will be in cupcake boxes - secured for easy transportation.

Cookies will be heat sealed for freshness and then placed in a box.
